Re: Zero Season 2 Announced | New PVs and Promotional Art inside!

GUYS! IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING! Right before April Fools so we know it’s real, Re: Zero Season 2 has finally been announced. I’m super excited about this and wanted to talk a bit about the series as a whole, share the PV with its promotional art and the PV for the OVA. Alright, let’s jump right in!

Season 2 new PV and Promotional Art

When season 1 ended I was pretty bummed mostly because there wasn’t any other series that truly had me at the edge of my seat every week. The series wasted no time by rarely using the OP and ED and take as much time to tell the story as possible. The first cour was probably much more suspenseful than the second but I feel like we are only just getting started especially after watching this PV!

I was wondering what we were going to see in this PV. With where we left off in the last episode of Re: Zero, I wondered if we were going to find out what Emelia said to Subaru that got cut out. Instead, it looks like we finally got a good look at the infamous witch after a frustrated Subaru walks by what looks like a large number of corpses. This is more than enough to satisfy me without spoiling anything. Just hope to see it soon.

All we know currently is that the voice actors for Subaru, Emilia, Puck, Rem, Ram, Beatrice and Roswaal will return. The staff behind it has not been confirmed but I would assume we will see most of the same staff from White Fox return.

New OVA PV

Most of you probably don’t know this about me but I for one have never really been a fan of OVAs. Every time I watch one I find myself disappointed because it does everything I expect it to do. I haven’t gotten around to watching the first OVA for Re: Zero but I will likely give it a shot to see if it changes my mind. This OVA PV for the next OVA seems like it will give some background to Emelia and Puck that I’ve been looking for so I’ll definitely check this one out.

I was pretty excited about these announcements and I know that there are many like me who have been waiting for some kind of indication that we would get another season and here we are!
