Giveaway|Spoop Fest 2020 Horror Games Giveaway

Hello my BAYOG lovelies!~Okay…I admit, I’ve been really bad at Spoop Fest posts this year…which have basically been non-existent. I’ve been hella swamped with subbing and work IRL. Honestly, I think I’m nearing burn out and I just feel hella tired and dead inside… So to make up for me being trash, I decided to do another Spoop Fest Horror Games Giveaway!~

Honestly, I feel really bad because Spoop Fest is supposed to be my thing. But I just don’t have the time or energy… However, I still wanted to do something for the spoopy season. So some horror games for y’all it is! Last year was the first time we did something like this. Still, it was fun. Plus, I’m happy to know y’all are enjoying some games that we’ve enjoyed. Anyway, we have the same list of spoopy games from last year’s giveaway. I’ve also added two other game titles~

🪓THE RULES/PROCESS🪓

1) This is open to anyone 18 and older.

2) To Enter: [Fill this out].
Basically choose which game you’d like from the list.
**There’s a possibility of negotiating the game depending on circumstances.
I will get you which ever platform version you’d like.
We’ll need your email and/or Twitter handle so we can contact you.
I recommend multiple channels in which I can contact you~

3) I’ll pick up to 3 winners. Winners will be picked on October 30, 2020.
Each entry will be assigned a number.
I’ll use a random number generator to pick the winners.

4) Winners have 3 days to claim their prize.
I’ll be sending messages out to the winners to discuss the details.
If you don’t respond to claim your prize, I’ll pick another number.

The prize(s): Winners can select any ONE game from the list I’ve provided below. Although, we could possibly negotiate a different game depending on circumstances. You’ll just have to talk to me about that~
**In the event that there’s any issues, I’ll literally just send you the monetary equivalent for you to go purchase the game.

Phasmaphobia

SYNOPSIS
Phasmophobia is a 4 player online co-op psychological horror. Paranormal activity is on the rise and it’s up to you and your team to use all the ghost hunting equipment at your disposal in order to gather as much evidence as you can.

Our very own Kenny ( @blackandyellowog ) really loves this game~ I was able to play a few rounds with him and some other friends. It’s fun~ Basically y’all doing some Supernatural Winchester or Ghostbuster shit. You’re going ghost hunting and trying to identify what spoopy entity you’re dealing with. Y’all. It spoopy. It’s really great for a indie game. It uses your headphone’s spatial audio and your mic. Y’all… you can hear the spoopy sounds in your ears as if it’s behind you or right next to you. I played with Kenny and had a damn demon creepily singing in my ear, and then doing that creepy Kayako death rattle sound from Ju-On… Honestly, it’s an amazing game for a brand new indie game and for that price. Definitely BAYOG’s favorite 2020 horror game so far.

Home Sweet Home Episode I

SYNOPSIS
Tim’s life has drastically changed since his wife disappeared mysteriously. In one night, after suffering from the sorrow for a long time, he woke up in an unknown place instead of his house. While trying to escape from this place, he was hunted by a rancorous female spirit. Can he survive? Is this place actually his house? Does it relate to the disappearance of his wife? Some dark sinister secret is hidden inside this house, and it won’t be a place of happiness as it used to be any longer.

I’ve talked about this game [quite] [often]. Being Thai, I’m both so proud and fascinated by this game. It was developed by a Thai development team and revolves around Thai culture, beliefs, and myths. It’s almost as if you’re playing through a Thai horror movie.

Home Sweet Home Episode II

SYNOPSIS
Since his wife’s disappearance, Tim has searched tirelessly for her but remains no closer to the truth. Awakening in a mysterious forest, Tim feels beckoned to explore his mysterious new surroundings only to be set upon by villagers seemingly possessed by some sort of evil spirit as well as a mysterious and seemingly invisible Thai Dancer. Doggedly pursued through the forest and beyond, Tim must race against time to not only survive the evil all around him, but piece together the clues in an attempt to find his missing wife.

Again, I love Home Sweet Home. Episode II was a long awaited release that just came out recently. Unfortunately, it’s only available for PC at the moment.

Layers of Fear

This 2016 game was really interesting when it came out. It was so beautifully,and eerily detailed. It also had a Silent Hill PT feel to it, with the surroundings and constantly changing.

Among Us

SYNOPSIS
You and your crew attempt to prepare your spaceship for departure, but beware as one or more random players among the Crew are Impostors bent on killing everyone! Find and eject the imposters before they find and kill you!

This isn’t really a spoopy or horror game. However, it is a bit murder-y. So on this list it goes! It’s a really simple game that’s fun to play with a group of friends. You got tensions and betrayal too y’all. I played this with the BAYOG Bros and some friends a few weeks ago. Honestly, I’m goddamn awful and I get hella stressed when I’m the imposter. Stealth is not my thing. I’m awful at stealth killing and lying. Still, it was fun~
